On April 23rd, Gido officially started working on his Master’s thesis from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Within the master Architecture, Building and Planning, he is specializing in the field of Structural Design and Engineering, and is carrying out part of his work at Summum Engineering. As you can see, he is currently carrying out an intense literature review, before narrowing down a specific topic within the domain of non-linear optimization of shell structures. He hopes to get into the mindset of shell builders such as Félix Candela.
